Information we collect
We process account information such as your name, email address, authentication method, and session data. We also process generation prompts, uploaded source files, generated assets, job history, credit activity, and technical records needed to operate and secure the service. Payment card details are handled by the payment processor rather than stored by Quady3D.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, provide generation and download features, maintain job history and credit balances, process purchases, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, secure the service, and respond to user requests. We do not represent that uploaded content is suitable for confidential or highly sensitive information.
Service providers and international processing
Quady3D uses service providers for authentication and email delivery, payment processing, hosting and private file storage, and AI generation. The information required to complete a request may be processed where those providers operate, which may be outside your country. Their handling of information is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Retention
Cloud files follow the capacity and retention rules shown for your plan. Temporary source uploads are cleaned up after tasks finish or after 24 hours if unused; cleanup may be delayed while a task is active or a deletion is retried. Transaction and billing records may be retained longer where reasonably necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal compliance. To keep the signup gift limited to one per verified email, we retain keyed email digests, gift claim identifiers and campaign budget reservations after account deletion. These records do not store your email address or uploaded files. We also use short-lived network and email-domain digests, authentication rate limits, and a signed first-party browser cookie to limit automated registrations and repeated gift claims. Network, browser and domain digests are cleared after 30 days during scheduled cleanup; short-lived registration admission and authentication limit records are cleaned up after 24 hours. The browser cookie expires after 180 days and is used for abuse prevention, not advertising or device fingerprinting.
Deletion and privacy requests
Quady3D provides self-service account deletion in Account settings. Deletion removes the account, active sessions, saved jobs, and files held by Quady3D, subject to limited records that must be retained for security, payment disputes, accounting, or legal obligations. You may also email support@quady3d.com with an access, correction, deletion, or privacy question.
Your choices and changes
You may stop using the service, sign out, or delete your account. Privacy rights vary by location, and Quady3D will respond to valid requests as required by applicable law. Material changes to this policy will be posted here with a new effective date.
