Keep downstream use safe
Generated assets must not be used to facilitate violence, fraud, illegal activity, or deceptive representations.
Enforcement
The application may reject unsupported files, requests from users who are not signed in, requests without enough credits, and generation results it cannot accept. These checks are not a substitute for content moderation or human review.
No moderation claim
No automated content-moderation system, appeals process, or staffed abuse-response channel is represented as active in the service. Do not rely on the service to identify unsafe or unlawful material.
Data privacy and model training
No promise is made about model-training use or data retention beyond the terms verified directly with the external generation provider. Avoid sensitive or confidential source material.
System integrity
Attempts to bypass access controls, collect private files, misuse credits, or disrupt the service or its generation provider are prohibited.
Reporting
Report suspected abuse or unsafe use to support@quady3d.com. Include the relevant account, URL, or job details without posting private source material publicly.
