Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure. Do not share or misuse another person's account.
The service and AI output
Quady3D provides tools for creating, inspecting, converting, and downloading 3D drafts. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or unsuitable for production, safety-critical, manufacturing, printing, or technical use. You must inspect and test output before relying on it.
Your content and permitted use
You retain the rights you hold in content you submit. You grant Quady3D and its service providers the limited permission needed to process that content and provide the requested service. You must have the rights and consent required for every upload. Rights in generated output may be affected by applicable law and the terms of the selected generation provider; Quady3D does not guarantee that output is unique, non-infringing, or eligible for exclusive ownership.
Credits, subscriptions, and billing
Credit costs and plan benefits are shown before purchase or generation. Credits are service units, have no cash value, and are not transferable. Paid subscriptions renew for the period shown at checkout until canceled through the billing portal. Failed jobs may restore reserved credits, but a credit return is not a cash refund. Monetary refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.
Acceptable use
You may not use Quady3D for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, non-consensual, or harmful activity; attempt to bypass access, safety, billing, or usage controls; interfere with the service; or collect another user's private files. The Safety and Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms.
Availability and termination
Features, models, limits, and providers may change. Quady3D may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, the service, or comply with law. You may stop using the service at any time and may delete your account after canceling an active subscription.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law, without a promise of uninterrupted access or a particular result. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tover Wu is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Changes and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, email support@quady3d.com first so the issue can be reviewed. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
