Billing questions
Frequently asked questions
What do I get for free?
A verified account receives 30 credits once. Free credits do not renew monthly. Try standard Tripo H3.1, Hunyuan 2 Mini and Rapid, TRELLIS.2, Pixal3D, or Rodin Fast settings when your balance covers the cost. Image generation, image editing, and background removal are also available.
How is a credit cost calculated?
One credit covers up to $0.01 in model API cost. We add the selected options, then round the total up to a whole credit. For example, a $0.375 model request costs 38 credits. The same settings cost the same credits on every plan.
What counts as a generation?
A generation is one submitted model job. Failed jobs return their reserved credits, so they do not count as a completed paid result.
How do credits work?
Every generation shows its final credit cost before submission. Model choice, geometry, texture, PBR, topology, rigging, and animation can change the total.
Which models are included?
Free includes basic models at standard settings. A confirmed Creator or Studio payment, or a credit-pack purchase, unlocks enabled professional models, advanced settings, sketch and multi-view creation, materials, and professional 3D processing. Every cloud job still requires enough credits. Model availability and supported options vary.
What does Studio include?
Studio includes 5,000 credits every month, 50GB of cloud storage during the paid term, all enabled professional models and tools, 100 personal folders, and up to 4 active generation tasks. Creator allows up to 2 active generation tasks and includes the same creation and library capabilities with 1,000 monthly credits and 10GB. Files stay private. Each generation uses credits; single-model downloads and local exports do not add AI charges. Team seats and SSO are not included.
Do failed generations use credits?
If a job reaches a failed state, its reserved credits return to the account. This is a credit return, not a monetary refund.
How many generation tasks can I have active?
Free allows 1 active generation task, Creator 2, and Studio 4 across all generation tools and browser tabs. Tasks waiting at the model service, generating, or saving results count toward the limit. At the limit, wait for a current task to finish before starting another; the blocked request reserves no credits. Credit packs do not increase this limit. Execution timing depends on the model service's available capacity; these limits do not guarantee immediate processing or priority.
How do annual-plan credits work?
Annual plans are billed once for the year, then the listed credits are added monthly. The first monthly grant arrives after payment.
Can I buy credits without subscribing?
Yes. Choose a one-time pack from 200 to 2,000 credits. The 1,200- and 2,000-credit packs include a small discount. A confirmed purchase unlocks enabled professional models and single-operation tools. Packs do not increase active task limits or include personal folders or expanded storage, and do not start or change a subscription.
Do credits expire?
Granted credits do not expire or disappear after cancellation. Future annual-plan grants stop when the paid term ends or the subscription is immediately terminated.
Can I use generated models commercially?
The same rule applies to Free, Creator, Studio, and credit-pack users: commercial use is allowed only when you have the necessary rights to your source material and comply with the terms of the model used for the job. Client work, games, advertising, 3D prints, and asset resale must each fit those terms. Quady3D does not guarantee that generated output is unique, non-infringing, or eligible for exclusive ownership.
Are generated models CC0 or public domain?
Quady3D does not automatically dedicate your generated models to CC0 or the public domain. Permission for commercial use is different from CC0. CC0 permits other people to copy, modify, distribute, and use a work commercially; a private file or a paid subscription does not establish that license.
Which export formats and DCC integrations are included?
All plans retain single-model downloads and local conversion. Compatible results support GLB, OBJ with recoverable textures, USDZ, STL, PLY, single-color 3MF, and texture ZIP. STL contains geometry rather than materials or animation; not every result supports every format. The Blender GLB bridge requires the Quady3D plugin and Blender 4.2 LTS or newer. Other direct DCC bridges are not included.
How long are my files saved?
Pure Free accounts have 500MB and a 7-day retention period for each saved work. Eligible previously paid accounts without an active subscription, including credit-pack users, have 500MB and 30 days per new work. Creator has 10GB and Studio has 50GB, with files retained during the paid term within the storage limit. Retained subscription files have a 30-day download window when that term ends. File expiry does not remove your credit balance, and files already downloaded to your computer remain there.
Does cancelling affect files or commercial use?
Cancelling renewal leaves the current paid term active until its end, followed by the stated file download window. Your remaining granted credits do not expire. Quady3D does not add a requirement to stay subscribed to keep using a downloaded model, but its commercial use remains subject to the source rights and model terms that apply to the result.
Are team plans available?
Contact us to discuss Enterprise. Team workspaces, shared credits, SSO, and organization controls are being designed and are not currently included in Creator or Studio.
How do I manage a subscription?
Open plan options to review an upgrade or switch between monthly and yearly billing. Same-period upgrades start after the difference is paid; downgrades and billing-period changes start at your next renewal. Your existing credits are kept. Use Manage subscription for payment methods and cancellation. Legacy plans remain available through support.
How are uploads protected?
Uploads and completed files are available only from the signed-in account that owns them and are not automatically published. You can delete saved files or permanently delete your account from Account settings. Cloud files follow the plan's capacity and retention rules; source uploads used to run a job are temporary, rather than a permanent reference library. Limited records may be retained for security, accounting, and legal requirements described in the Privacy Policy.
Are my inputs and outputs used to train AI?
Private account access controls who can open files in Quady3D; it is not a blanket no-training guarantee for generation providers. The provider and model used for each job have their own processing, retention, and training terms. Creator and Studio do not include a separately negotiated no-training agreement.
Do you offer monetary refunds?
Automatic failed-job credit returns do not reverse a card payment. Monetary refund requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy and any rights provided by applicable law.
